Non-Return & Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final, and items are non-refundable. However, depending on the situation, exceptions may be made. You can contact us at info@thesaxyway.com to request a review. Based on the circumstances, we may offer an exchange or waive the policy at our discretion. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately at info@thesaxyway.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide assistance.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
Exchanges are typically not allowed. If you believe your case warrants an exception, please contact us. We will review your situation and, if approved, offer an exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
